How do I select the right service plan?
Choose Plan A (On-Demand): if you only need one or several independent services, such as a single factory audit, separate QC inspection or payment assistance, and you do not require continuous order management.
Choose Plan B (Product Sourcing): if you have no cooperative suppliers in China and expect us to find matching manufacturers, arrange production and manage the whole procurement process until delivery.
Choose Plan C (Existing Supplier Support): if you already work with Chinese suppliers, but you require production supervision, free quality inspection, goods consolidation, door-to-door shipping and support for quality claim negotiations.
Choose Plan D (3PL Prep & E-Commerce Fulfillment): if you are an e-commerce seller. You need precise product checking, marketplace compliance labeling, bundling, customized repacking and sample consolidation before shipping goods to FBA or overseas fulfillment centers.

What is the main difference between Plan A and Plan C?
What is the main difference between Plan B and Plan C?
- Plan B serves buyers with no existing suppliers in China. We source suitable manufacturers, manage the whole production process and arrange delivery. There is zero separate sourcing fee, all costs are included in the product unit price.Plan C works with clients who already have trusted Chinese suppliers. We provide production supervision, quality inspection, cargo consolidation, logistics and supplier dispute negotiation. The service charge is 3% commission based on your total order value.
Does Plan C’s 3% commission cover all logistics and inspection fees?
Why is Plan B charged with zero service commission?
We cooperate directly with matched manufacturers. Our service cost is embedded into the product unit price agreed with the factory. You won’t receive extra sourcing fees from us. All costs are transparent before order confirmation.
Can I switch from Plan B to Plan C after I find stable suppliers?
Can I combine multiple plans together?
Yes. For example, you can sign Plan C for bulk orders and purchase Plan A on-demand lab testing separately. E-commerce clients using Plan D warehouse prep can also add Plan C supplier coordination services. Contact us for a combined customized quotation.
